Dulce Cadena is the Training Coordinator at Southern Arizona Family Services. She started in February 2016 in the Human Resources and Billing department but she was soon promoted to her current position. She is responsible for conducting training classes for new and existing employees in both English and Spanish, she ensures that all of the employees’ files are in compliance and she assists with any additional projects needed in the company. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Business; and she would like to continue preparing herself in order to learn and take on new responsibilities. During her free time, Dulce enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
